Programme Features

Following a consultative gap analysis, a bespoke programme of relevant learning is delivered from the Emailogic suite of 25 learning sessions. Cohort size is 8-10 delegates and each session duration is typically 2.5hrs.

These sessions are dovetailed with additional features which include:

  • Completion of pre-course personal development plan

  • Pre and post course questionnaires

  • Optional course introduction by Senior Manager

  • Strategic overview and Q&A on a session by Senior Manager

  • Action Learning sets
