This highly interactive session is about understanding the importance of learning and identifying valuable opportunities to learn yourself and from your Colleagues.

You will gain new skills and awareness to help turn conversations into powerful learning opportunities – both for yourself and for your Colleagues. It will help you identify the key pieces of management information, processes and knowledge which are most valuable for now and your future - and you will understand how to consciously create learning opportunities.
