Aims

The aims of this course are for delegates to learn how to:

  • understand the value for existing/potential customers of knowledge sharing webinars

  • gain the skills and confidence to create, market and facilitate webinars

  • create and deliver webinars regularly and effectively.

Approach

This programme is delivered in 2 stages:

Stage 1 (3 hours)

This practical workshop is delivered online and covers how to:

  • identify valuable topics and issues of current relevance to your customer audience

  • curate and market stimulating webinar events with guest speakers

  • design and plan resilient, engaging, interactive and entertaining live virtual sessions

  • facilitate with confidence whilst avoiding all the pitfalls of virtual delivery

Stage 2 (2-3 hours dependant on group size)

This workshop is a live online webinar where delegates:

  • deliver 8 minutes of live webinar they have designed

  • receive individual feedback on live delivery from peers and an Emailogic webinar expert

  • create an individual customer webinar action plan

Programme Calibration

This programme is tailored to the specific requirements of each business taking into account strategy, delegate experience, webinar application, audience and content. Emailogic works with any webinar platform and can also advise on the most appropriate choice.

Ongoing Support Package

  • Telephone support for each delegate for 6 months

  • Delegates are invited to join the Virtual Trainer Skills Network (VTSN) closed Linkedin group used to share tips and ideas with other graduates of this programme.
