Objective

The Axiom Learning and Development team offer a broad curriculum of training and support to the business throughout the world. Until 2020 the majority of training was delivered face to face. They wanted to move all this training to online delivery.

Solution

In January 2020 Emailogic worked with the L and D team at Axiom the objective was to upskill them to:

  • convert their face to face content into webinar

  • navigate all the technical nuances and pitfalls when delivering to large global audiences

  • confidently facilitate highly interactive live online sessions that achieved all their learning outcomes

By the time Covid 19 hit in March the L&D team had converted their whole learning curriculum into virtual sessions and were delivering them across the world. The delegate feedback has been nearly 100% positive and attendance has risen from 60% with face to face to over 90% with their new virtual sessions.

Objective

At the end of 2019 The Healthy Work Company (HWC), mental health training experts, were delivering their ‘How to have conversations about Mental Health and Wellbeing’ course for managers face-to-face. Increasingly customers wanted the course delivered virtually, so HWC approached Emailogic for support.

Solution 

Emailogic trained HWC in the four key elements to ensure excellence in webinar delivery – planning sessions, creating interactive content, great facilitation, and mastery of the technology. As HWC is a training provider their courses must be of the highest quality, so Emailogic consulted widely to understand the wider context to tailor the training. Emailogic also advised on the most effective software platform for HWC.
