Remote teams learning together

How can you work with a group of people spread throughout the world and achieve a similar group dynamic and transfer of skills, knowledge and experiential learning as if you were all in a room together?

I did just that recently with several 6-hour workshops for groups of people across the planet. The title of the workshop was, ironically: How to design and deliver successful webinars.

Attendees were in the following locations:
Japan
Cape Town
Zurich
London
Brazil
Miami
New York
Las Vegas
Mexico

What a feeling it was for us all to come together, really be together and learn together. There was lots of interaction, lots of breaks, lots of exercises, lots of sharing, lots of rich learning and lots of fun.

After six hours (with breaks!) one of the most experienced, seasoned and amusing trainers on the session, who has spent much of his career travelling around North America training staff face to face, said:

“Marc, I want to say that I had low expectations for this course, however, it has been incredible: you have empowered and energised me to be able to deliver live virtual training with little effort. I am very excited about doing this – and beforehand I did not think it was possible.”

If you are interested in experiencing a taster of: How to Design and Deliver Successful Webinars – I invite you to attend a complimentary 30-minute webinar. You will learn tips on how to plan, design and facilitate interactive live virtual training sessions – how to achieve the same results that you do in a room face to face – on a live webinar. Email to book a place.
