Bespoke 1‑2‑1 Management Training & Coaching Programme


Aim & Approach

This personalised development programme is designed for managers who need tailored support to strengthen their confidence, capability, and behavioural impact. It combines a focused 2 hour training session with two follow up 1 hour coaching sessions, enabling the manager to apply new skills immediately and refine them with expert guidance. All content is customised to the individual’s specific management and behavioural development needs and includes a delegate learning guide to support ongoing improvement.

Programme Outcomes

After attending this Training and Coaching Programme delegates will:

Programme Content

  • Diagnostic discussion to identify strengths, gaps, and priority behavioural skills

  • Focused 2‑hour interactive training session covering selected topics (e.g., assertive communication, delegation, feedback, motivation, performance management difficult conversations, prioritisation, team engagement)

  • Two structured 1‑hour coaching sessions to consolidate learning, support implementation, and troubleshoot real workplace scenarios

  • Personal action plan with measurable development goals
