With more being expected from all teaching and non teaching staff, schools and colleges need to focus on becoming more business like in their approach to staff training.

This commercial approach extends to all aspects of training and productivity – with email playing a crucial part.

All education professionals have to deal with email overload – from heads of department and senior management teams to non academic and support staff – and the need to tackle this issue is something that many Schools, Colleges and Universities are facing this year.
