A Force to be reckoned with..

The impact of unproductive meetings and email overload was highlighted to me yet again recently when Emailogic was invited to train some of the Senior Command Team of a regional Police force – including the Chief Constable.

Many of their senior team felt overwhelmed by email and also felt that they were sometimes wasting valuable time meetings.

What followed was a highly interactive morning long productivity workshop which challenged these behaviours and empowered the delegates to get in control of their email and their meetings.

The results were remarkable – here is some of the feedback:
“The day is enlightening in a common-sense way and really works when put into practice.”

Another attendee was equally effusive: “This training has taught me to be more efficient and effective and has improved my stress levels.”

Significantly, by improving email management alone, each delegate would save 3.5 extra hours – of senior management time – per week.

The Chief Constable has since agreed that this type of training is clearly a ‘necessity’ and not a ‘nice to have’ – they are planning to offer meetings and email etiquette training to the wider force.
